Tele Counsellor

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecounsellor to join the dynamic team at Shastri Group of Institutes. As a Telecounsellor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents by providing accurate information about courses, admissions, and career opportunities offered by the institute. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling students regarding academic programs, following up on inquiries and leads, maintaining call records and databases, addressing queries professionally, coordinating with the admissions team, and building strong relationships to support student enrollment and institutional growth.
